Sarah and her husband Will moved to the Gulf Coast from Memphis in January 2016. She has been in the restaurant industry for more than 25 years, 17 of which have been spent with Spell Restaurant Group.
Prior to arriving in Florida, she spent 11 years at sister restaurant Brookhaven Pub & Grill in Memphis, Tennessee as a server, bartender and general manager. After that, she spent 6 years as LaCo’s general manager at Seacrest Beach before being named general manager of George’s at Alys Beach in February 2022. With her extensive experience serving great food and drinks in a fun and inviting atmosphere, Sarah feels right at home at George’s.
Sarah is a native of Munford, Tennessee and a graduate of the University of Memphis. When she’s away from the restaurant, she loves to travel, cook and spend time with the family dog, Mia.
