We operate on beach time and DO NOT accept reservations except for Valentine’s Day & New Year’s Eve. Tables are seated on a first come, first served basis.

An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to checks for minors not accompanied by an adult.

All checks paid by credit card are subject to a 3% non-cash adjustment fee. Please pay in cash to receive the stated menu price. If you prefer contactless payment, please download the SpotOn app.

George’s offers a beautiful viewing deck where you can take a drink and look out over Alys Beach while you wait to be seated. There is also a lounge downstairs perfect for families and friends to gather. We encourage you to come inside, leave your name with the hostess and grab a drink to take with you upstairs!

Dinner is served! 🍽 Try our Spicy Salt & Pepper Shrimp 🍤 with charred brussels sprouts, snow peas, melon, basmati rice and creamy thai vinaigrette.
If you're craving seafood, we suggest the Seared Sea Scallops served with poblano risotto, mango pepper salad, crispy prosciutto and mango chili vinaigrette! We'll SEA you for dinner tonight. 🌊
